157 Cross Ave Oakville Project public meeting was hold on August 6th, 2019 in the Oakville Hall hosted by the Mayor, and all councilors and staffs concerned attended the meeting.
Both the planners from the City Mr. Heinze and Mr. Bruce Hall from the SD Group gave a full explanation and answered all the questions from the councilors and people concerned.
The Public Meeting was successfully voted and passed after about one hour Q&A in the City Hall.

The other people attended the meeting are those landowners in Midtown who may be interested in doing the same thing in the future, other business owners who may be curious about what impact development, particularly construction, may have open their property, businesses and the operation of those businesses and real estate agents who show up wanting to get units for buyers or represent SD Group in the sales process, as well as contractors who want work (demolition, construction, fencing, servicing, etc) and suppliers who want to sell the materials.
